Knit this on size 4s. Cast on with size 5s but forgot to cast off with 5s.

Followed all the mods by ZvilleJane (quoted below) and loved the finished product. I cast on 171 to make the blanket a bit wider. Like ZvilleJane, I also started the pattern in the first row and knit the second row instead of the garter border.

RS: K1, K2tog, K10 (M1R, K1, M1L, K10, CDD, K10) repeat this until the last 14 stitches, M1R, K1, M1L, K10, SSK, K1.

WS: Purl
