Took a pair of plain, cheap flip flops and did sc around the straps, beginning on left strap as close to the base as possible. Need to pull yarn pretty tight and push stitches close together as you work. Used I hook

Flower is from The Hat & I - Floral Fantasy pattern. Medium double flower. I used a G hook for flower

I hot glued flower to center of shoe and hot glued a decorative button in the center

Whole thing took about 1 hour!
