Notes

LOVE!!! Pattern release to happen in early January!

Ballet neck. Completely seamless. Top down. Lots of shoulder and waist and hip shaping for a sleek and flattering fit.

Blocking is magic.

I thought about a zipper but these glass faceted buttons fit the prism inspiration so so well…
Seamless and top down knit in the round and steeked (not so hard, I promise!)
getting ready for testers…
i would love to see this cardigan knit up with a gradient kit from one of the super talented dyers out there :)

top down seamless contiguous magical shoulder (classic contiguous method) is tweaked a little bit and adjusts the fit around the top of the shoulder).

The classic contiguous top down set in sleeve method was developed by Susie Myers, SusieM on Ravelry.

22 sts / 28 rows = 4” after blocking
after swatching and custom ordering these months ago, finally cast on this month…
it’s coming along swimmingly
Colors are Silverlight for Main Color (background)
and Contrast Colors: Lightning Bug, Wormwood, and Robin’s Egg. I custom ordered these colors from Black Trillium Fiber Arts based on Pinterest photos of her colors. They are completely true! Amazing!
center panel shows the checkerboard steek stitches. this will be a cardigan just like Polar Prism Cardigan.

Polar = because what is better than a densely stranded sweater when the polar vortex hits?
Prism = because of the way the color blocking plus stranded pattern creates prismatic color shifts.
