1/2/08 - Maya loves Sheila!

12/29/07 - finished! It is remarkably hard to embroider on knitting. Next time I’ll work on fabric, and attach it. Sometime yesterday the turtle let me know that she preferred the feminine gender, and would like to be known as Sheila. And that she should have blue eyes and a pink flower, thankyouverymuch.

I thought it better not to inquire as to whether I had been incorrect all along with her gender or if she had made a recent decision to change; I simply made apologies for any insult, and promised to correct any mis-impression I had left with others about her gender.

So there you have it. ;-)

12/28/07 - attached I-Cord sucks!! That is all.

12/25/07 - restarted. going swimmingly. :-)

11/23/07 - Started on 5’s because I had them-- far too big. Frogged. Will restart Monday on 3’s and with a printed pattern rather than a computer screen. :-)
