Notes

3/15/11 - Gifted this to the woman who sold me her family CPW. She loves it. :-)

7/10/10 - This really became a death march. The pattern for the main section was short and repetitive, and I got bored very quickly. I finally decided to just push through and finish; half of the center section was completed in a week. It doesn’t really take a long time to knit, but once I got past the grain heads it wasn’t my cup of tea. Still, the product is lovely.

It blocked larger than the pattern suggested, probably because it was silk, not alpaca. I ended with a 14x80 scarf; perhaps a little larger than I wanted.

It’s light and drapey and easy to wrap around my neck twice, so I’m happy. :-) Nice to have it off the needles, blocked, and hanging in the closet, though!

6/3/09 - Gorgeous yarn, lovely pattern, and they go together perfectly. And these beads I bought on impulse are just right, too. Totally getting back my mojo with this knit. And just in time-- I am having a stressful work time. :-)

5/31/09 - After much stash petting and pattern searching, I’ve decided this should be my next project.
