I joined a bunch Magic Ball style - a simple overhand knot leaving the tails long enough to retie or even weave in, should a knot come undone.

I used the Magic Knot for another bunch of scraps.

Neither group is enough for one washcloth, but together …

So, this unpretty mishmash will test the durability of each join over time. It also puts to use bits that would otherwise be in the landfill.
