Stunning pattern! I modified the pattern to knit mainly top down so I could get the exact fit I wanted. I’m so glad I did, because having worn it a few times now, I think it needs to be longer, so will adjust this weekend.

I knit this because I was desperate to wear the gorgeous Angora yarn up around my neck, but wanted something that “stands up” and doesn’t flop about.

It’s perfect!

And Woolstok Worsted is heavenly!! I used 2 x 150g skeins, and just over 5 balls of Angora.

I’ve made kits which will include all the top down instructions (on a spreadsheet which will calc all your rows depending on your gauge), in case you want to make this yourself. Details over at tribeyarns.com

Oh, and I added a stripe of red cashmere (Clinton Hill Bespoke Cashmere) to the right sleeve: red for right (helps me not put it on back to front!)
