I decided to knit this pattern using intarsia instead of the long floats or LBJ because I didn’t want it to be double thick. I like the Sport weight fabric as a single fabric for this one.

I knit the original flared neck which first attracted me to the pattern. It’s so different to other ribbed necks I’ve done before. I love it!

Cautiva makes a gorgeous base yarn - it’s so easy to rejoin when you have lots of intarsia ends.

And the KAOS is divine! The colours are incredible, and I love how it fluffs out. It’s beautiful.

The Rustic Heather Sport is exactly what I was after to ground the palette a bit, and still stay exciting.

I finished this extremely enjoyable knit during a week away on magical Eilean Shona.
