Interesting design of chequered arrangement.

I love the sleeves and the outcome result of the chequered cable and Rick Rack pattern appeared so beautifully.
My gauge is smaller than design pattern gauge. 24rows 7cm/ 30sts 8cm
I used 4mm needle for the whole project, and change 3.5mm needle for hem.
Extend the body length by additional 2 repeat pattern (24rows), Body length 40cm,and hem 5cm long.
