Intended as a gift for my mother.

I made it wider by adding two of the large diamonds in the first part (40 stitches) and was prepared to do more than 27 sets of the smaller diamond rows in the second part. However, due to using different yarn from the one in the kit (sadly the only way to get hold of the pattern) and a corresponding larger needle size, it wasn’t necessary.

I blocked it now, and it stretches to a generous 180x51cm. It’ll keep my mum well covered.

Taking the pictures for it, I nearly wanted to keep it for myself… But no, I must not! Next one will be for me.
