I started this project with black yarn, but you couldn’t see the details so I decided to go with green instead.

4/13/14: I made it through the decreases. I think this is going to look great!

4/19/14: I finished the increases and blocked and measured the piece. It was about 11 in. I’ll knit a few more inches (I think I am going to knit to 15 in.) and then I’ll be ready to start the arm holes.

4/20/14: Finished the 14 inches and have split for the front and back sections.

5/1/14: Working on the sleeves

1/16/15: I put this down for awhile and forgot exactly where I was which caused me to procrastinate on picking it up again. Finally figured out where I was and finished the front. Just began the back. Should finish that pretty quickly.

1/17/15: Finished the back and sewed together the shoulders to the back. Will hopefully pick up the stitches for the cowl neck later today. Thinking of making the neck a bit more “cowl” like and increasing the number of stitches on the first row. Will decide soon.

1/18/15: I have about 2 inches of the cowl complete! Can’t wait to have this done!

1/30/15: I only have about 4.5 in. to go!
I decided to only make the cowl 12 inches I am done and it looks great. I’m going to block it right away!
