A cute dress for my cute godchild (11)!

Dyed especially for Isabelle with speckles in her favorite color, knitted 2-stranded together with undyed yarn.
To add a bit more of color, I knitted the waistband and the skirt seam with 2 strands of the speckled yarn.

Provisional CO, knitted the waistband and the upper part bottom-up, then knitted the skirt part top down. So I will be able to adjust the length if she grows, or change it into a tunic.

Ein Kleid für mein Patenkind Isabelle (11)!

Handfärbung weiß mit türkisen Speckles, mit ungefärbtem Garn doppelfädig verstrickt.
Für das Taillenband und die Abschlüßbordüre am Saum habe ich das ungefärbte Garn weggelassen und dafür das gesprenkelte Garn doppelfädig genommen.

Mit provisorischem Anschlag an der Taille begonnen, das Oberteil von unten nach oben und anschließend das Rockteil von oben nach unten gestrickt, um es evtl. später mal verlängern - oder nach Wunsch auch zur Tunika verkürzen - zu können.
