Mein erstes doubleface-Projekt!

Geboren aus einer Kombination von Frust und Langeweile, ausgelöst durch die wieder sehr hohen Corona-Zahlen (Ulm ist ab heute Risikogebiet). Märkte fallen aus, Kontakte werden reduziert, das Wetter ist schlecht - also muß ich mich und mein Hirn beschäftigen!
Die Wahl des Musters war unter diesen Umständen keine Frage… slightly_smiling_face

Natürlich brauche ich gleich die extraschwere Variante und will den Text von beiden Seiten lesbar gestalten- Mal schauen ob’s gelingt…

Abgesehen davon, daß ich kleinere Nadeln hätte nehmen sollen und auch die Garne unterschiedlich stark sind, ist der Topflappen echt gut geworden!

Anschlag mit doppelter Maschenzahl 1-farbig, Kettmaschenrand, abketten 1-farbig.

My first doubleface project!

I started this project out of a combination of frustration and boredom. Corona rates are sky-high again, weather is bad, most personal contacts are reduced to a minimum. Hence this pattern… slightly_smiling_face

Of course I must try the hard way: I want the text to be readable from both sides. So here’s something hard to do for my underemployed brain…

I’m very satisfied with my first doubleface item! Next time I will use smaller needles and 2 yarns of the same weight.
