I was looking for a TV friendly knit project and thought the garter sections of this shawl would fit the bill. It did not disappoint!

I’ll admit, I was confused about the final shape and how to block it best. The final shawl shape was not what I was expecting based on the pattern photos, but I don’t dislike it. It had me confused as I was knitting, but I followed the pattern to the T instead of adjusting as I am want to do as a designer blush

I LOVE THIS COLOR COMBO! It makes me think of clouds in a light blue sky. I wish I carried the mohair through the lace fingering weight sections to save on weaving in ends. Other than that, I have no regrets about this project.
