Casting on today! Using a size up hook for the chain so it doesn’t get too tight.

Welp, I accidentally cast on for size 2 rather than 3, so I started over today.

Finished the first half over the weekend and I’m not thrilled with how large the armhole is. I will go back and redo the side seam to create a smaller armhole.

I finished this back in July, but it took me a while to find the right venues to wear it out and about. I took it with me to NY and snapped these pics in front of a fun mural in Brooklyn.

I probably could have made size 2 after all because the finished product is quite oversized on me. But, an added bonus to sizing up is that my partner can wear it too! He loves it and tries to steal it from me all the time

Overall, I’m super happy with the finished product, the adjustments I made, and the going with the recommended yarn even though it was a little pricey.
