The shawl is done, just waiting to dry as its blocks. I started making the tassels but kind of hate them, so I might do fringe along the edge instead…

I made a matching hat with the leftovers over the last few days. I used a free top-down 1x1 ribbed hat pattern to start and made up the stripes.

• CO 6 in the round
• Increase 6 sts every round in ribbed pattern until there are 132 sts.
• Continue Ribbing for 5.5”
• Start stripes with CC (keeping in mind it will be folded up so the RS should look like the WS)
• 3 stripes total
• Switch to size 6 needles and continue Ribbing in MC for 3/4”, BO.
