This is a gratifying cable knit, and yes, it has bobbles! I added some waist shaping, but otherwise I left the rest of the pattern as is so far. I also decided to make the smaller size, since I read that Cloud likes to grow a lot after washing. I have since washed and blocked the front, and this is indeed the case.

It’s the near the end of March now and we just got another dumping of snow, so I have renewed motivation to continue working on this again…

October 2013: done. Did the sleeves top-down and added length for my monkey arms.

I love this sweater and wish I could wear it every day. It is so soft and warm, but sadly it pills quite a bit… Though nothing a quick sweater shave can’t fix.
