Notes

This made me think of my nephew Greg since he’s a red and black fan and a Texas country boy. cactus face_with_cowboy_hat I’m going out to visit my brother in Texas at the end of February and I think I’ll make blankets for the two of his boys who I haven’t made blankets for yet.

It is 13 squares wide and I’m at 8 squares for the length so far. I think 17 squares should do it for length to make it nicely rectangular and to end on a red repeat. It is working up quite quickly!

Finished this during my week off between Christmas and New Year. I ended up doing sc for the ribbed border, rather than the hdc it called for in order to keep it from ruffling. I’m very pleased with how this came out.
