White border is sc, ch1, sk1 all around. Blue border is 2 rows of sc. White border on sleeves is 2 rows. Sweater body is 1 row.

This yarn is a mess. Had to buy 2 skeins to get 1 that I could use. Colors are simply gorgeous but yarn is a knotted disaster upon opening. First skein had no end I could find until I unraveled practically the whole thing. It works up beautifully.
