Making a striped seat back and cushion for the rocking chair that hasn’t ever had such a set. It’s about time. Simple tabby weave, with stripes.

Seat cushion is stuffed with a pillow form, back is filled with a twin-bed-sized piece of quilt batting that was folded to fit inside and stitched around the edges on a sewing machine to hold the layers together.

Used the same yarn to make four flat Kumihimo braids to make the ties, sewed them on, and voila, it is done.
