Notes

Needle size 2,5 mm for the twisted rib (body, sleeves and Button band).
Needle size 2,0 mm for the neck rib.
Needle size 2,75 mm for the rest.

I made the following changes:

Body:
5 extra rows between waist and bust shaping.
Length from cast-on edge to underarm: 42 cm.

Sleeves:
Sleeve length to underarm: 48,5 cm.
