Dec 15- used twisted German cast on to get it super stretchy

Dec 21- started heel flap
You will be ignoring the stitches on the instep needle and concentrating on the needle holding the heel stitches. 
Turn the needle with the heel stitches (this needle will be the one with working yarn attached) so that wrong side is facing you, and the working yarn is at the right side…. Then start the first row of:

Slightly Modified Garter-Stitch Edged Eye of Partridge Heel
Row 1: k3, p to end 
Row 2: p3, k1, sl 1 to last 3 sts, k3 
Row 3: k3, p to end
Row 4: p3, sl 1, K1 to last 3 sts, k3

Dec 22--Finished gussets and started on foot section. needed a dpn to help distribute stiches for gussets.
