My SIL gave me this yarn years ago for Christmas. She bought it at a Farmer’s market. All the band said was that it was baby alpaca.

I saw Mindy for Galpaca Farms working on this in January at the January Thaw Retreat hosted by Sunvalley Fibers. I liked the ascot look and finally knew which project I wanted to do with the baby alpaca.

I started this in January, but it hibernated until this past week when I finally got the bug to finish it (it might have something to do with fall knocking on our door). I wove in my ends today!

Fun, easy knit, especially for those (boring) early release meetings at school.
