I needed a bad hair-day hat for spring and this has turned out to be it. I originally bought this yarn to make a felicity, but I wasn’t feeling the love. So I frogged it when it was about 75% finished and made this.

I got gauge on size 7 needles, so knit the cap on size 8s for a little more fullness. I did 10 rows of twisted rib on size 5s.

The FO is silky and drapey with a wee bit of slouch. I should block it, but I’m always wearing it.

I’m very happy with it and plan to knit another.
