I LOVE Tin Can Knits. They have this book out that you can design your own cap. They provide all the fairisle and knitting caps with various weights of yarns.

I am used to getting gauge and a well fitting cap by C/O 96 stitches.

I decided to do a K1P1 rib for 1”

I picked a pattern repeat of 6 but 9 rows
I am doing 3 different patterns

Crown Shaping : set up marker for 6 then sm K2tog every other round.

Length 8 3/8”

For the crown:

There are 8 Stitches (12X)set up. Every other round I will decrease. When I do the crown slip marker knit tog.
