I am used to getting gauge and a well fitting cap by C/O 96 stitches.

I decided to do a K1P1 rib for 1” corrugated Rib.

Crown Shaping :
Left the markers up and decreased every other round. Beanie 8.5” long

I found a new group called Hats Hats Hats. I found the pattern there and joined their group

For the crown:
I left the stitch markers in and decreased every other row with K2tog
