I have so much Chickadee yarn that I am doubling up the yarn.

I did 80% of the body and put in stuffing. I then worked on the clothing to see how it will fit. I adjusted the stuffing according to the doll’s clothing.

I am knitting this doll through vertigo. It helps with my spinning because I only focus on the knitting needles. This project took me through the series on Hulu called: “Downsized”. Due to my vertigo, I could do nothing around the house.

Shirt top: I did an afterthought sleeves instead of the instructions Susan recommended.

I slightly felted the doll. Soaked her, rubbed a bit put in the spin cycle and put in the dryer. I was happy with the results.

I now need to put her face on.

Another important part was that the clothes come on and off easily for a child to play with.
