Notes

Decrease and increase by 3 instead of 2 for the neckline on alternate rows.
When I did the decrease, I stopped at 3 stitches at the end of the row (going up to the neckline), did the hdc2tog in 2 stitches and ignored the first starting stitch in the row below. This caused the decrease to be 1.5 time the amount in the original pattern.
So on the increase, when going to the end of the row (going up to the neckline) I would stop at 2 stitches and do 2hdc in the last 2 stitches.
