I had originally started to do this in thread but with time running out for the test phase, I switched back to yarn.

Pattern started easily enough - no problems there - however, when I got to rounds 33-41 it puckered badly just like the instructions said it would - but no worries, it will flatten out in the next rounds.

But it didn’t, even with the rest of the rounds added and a whole lot of stretching :-( It will stay flat folded up, but wont stay flat layed out in a circle.

Not sure if it was something I did/didn’t do or if it was just the choice of yarn. Maybe I did my chains too tight (there are a lot in this section).

Anyway, the pattern is very easy to follow and the individual sections look gorgeous.

Can’t wait to do another test pattern :-)
