Mar 20 ‘11: This one is snoozing because I ran out of yarn. Just ordered a bunch more - should be enough to see me through til the end. However, I do pale a little when I think of working on this. Every round is taking about 2 hours at this stage. Crocheting is not for wimps!

Nov 11 ‘10 - I’m up to my 33rd round, and it’s probably about halfway done. The only problem is, my local Lincraft has no more charcoal! I’ll have to ask them if they could order some more in for me.

I’m making this as a present for my hubby. He said he will cherish it forever…isn’t that sweet? :)
