I made this with my mum for my niece. I’m uploading these notes/photos 2 years later (!) and this is my niece’s favourite blanket. She takes it everywhere. My sister has asked us to make another in case something happens to this one. It’s nice to make something that is so loved. :D

The square is simply the first two rounds from the solid granny square pattern. The squares were joined with a sc stitch and the whole thing bordered with a shell edging.
