I knew I wanted to make this bag, but didn’t know where to get a similar tote from… So I found a pattern online here:

and used it to whip up my very own handmade tote! I made it out of an old black shirt that I was going to bring to a clothing swap, and lined the inside with flower fabric from a yard sale. I loved the recycled materials used in this project!
Followed the tree/flower pattern pretty much as written, although I might have modified it a bit. I added some sparkly buttons to two of the trees for a little added touch.
Such a cute little bag!
