On needles; using a 47” US 7 circular needle. Testing size and patterns, pix and actual pattern to be added soonish.

These skeins have considerable yardage, I expect to get several pair of boot toppers. I plan to do about 5 pair per color with 5 colors. This gives each recipient one of each color.

I’m hoping these knit up ina few hours rather than days, but these are new for me this year, may take longer for the first few.

Did a test fit while they are still tiny (to see if I could get them over my calf); seem a bit loose, might need to cast on fewer stitches.

Starting the “topper” portion today. Not bad for the first time. Hopefully I can trim it down to one day instead of two after doing a few more. I have a lot to make…

Making mistakes left and right. Thankfully this is just the test pair (aka my pair). They turned out cute even with the mistakes.

One down, 24 more to go. Going to do a couple other topper patterns since I have so many to make. 5 colors 4 or 5 patterns. Each recipient getting one of each pattern/color along with one scarf that matches one of the pairs of Cuffs (Chai Latte scarf will have same pattern as Chai Latte Cuffs).
