Super cute bag! I love the front post doubles on the upper section. The handles are probably my favorite though. This is the first time I’ve done handles this way.
I skipped the big bead at the base of the handles and added small beads to the tassles. Love it!

If I make another, I will probably go down to either an I or H hook.

I did make a second bag using an H hook.

For the handles, I cut about 3 yards of yarn, instead of 5. I chained 36 for the handles.

I’ve also had some issues with the knot holding the handle on the finishing end in place. I added another knot and then took 3 strands at a time and added more smaller knots. That seemed to fix the issue.

Bag 3 done. This one was a special order.

I used an H hook and chained 47 to start. I did 2 extra rows on the base.

I cut about 3 1/2 yards for the handles and chained 41 before joining.

I took the ends, 3 at a time, and pulled up through the knot that attaches each end and through themselves to secure the handles a little better.

I just need to add beads and then pictures will be added.
