It’s getting cold so it’s time to start the first of a couple of ponchos I want to make for myself.
Getting some done on night duty!!
On to my 4th ball of yarn now - will have it done in a day or two.
This took 5 skeins - can always make it longer if I want later as I have one ball left.
On the neck I did a round of sc - one sc in each space and two in each ch space between clusters. Then a round of dc in every sc. 3rd round was a round of fpdc. 4th round is fpdc then dc then fpdc then skip next dc then go straight to next fpdc. 5th round hdc in every space then 6th round hdc every hdc. Hope that makes sense.
I then made a tie with chaining till I thought long enough and then sc in each ch. threaded through final fpdc round. Just so I can tell the front from the back.
Very happy with this and I love the colour changes in the yarn I used.
