Love this pattern! It’s the perfect blend of mindless and mindful knitting for me. It goes quickly, but not so fast that you don’t get to enjoy the process. I’ll be knitting this again for sure. :)

Got it started, then let it sit and wait to be surgery recovery knitting - best decision ever! Finished on the one week anniversary of surgery. A bit of a stretch (hur, hur) getting it blocked.

In section 2 (the textured pattern section) I did narrow (2-row) stripes throughout. In section 3, the border section, I did the 4 rows st. st. in the variegated yarn with 2 row garter st. stripes in the main colour until I ran out of the main colour, then I did 4 more rows st. st., then garter st. until I ran out of the variegated.

Finished with just a tiny bit of each yarn left! Unblocked it measures wingspan: 60”, height: 18”. Blocked its wingspan: 76”, height: 22”. :)
