Ok, so I was planning to use one skein for the increase portion of the square, one skein for the decrease portion, and the third for the border. I got almost all the way through the first skein, when I finally admitted to myself that I just didn’t like how it was striping at all. It’s nice and soft, and the color is very pretty, but this particular pattern did absolutely nothing for it. I felt that the yarn was really wasted on it. So I frogged it on 4/17/20.

It’s the same yarn as called for in the pattern, but a different colorway, and I’m thinking that perhaps the different colors stripe differently? In any case, I decided to frog it until I can find another pattern that would do it justice. It may look better knitted, like the picture on the label. In fact, Premier does have a knit blanket pattern using this colorway, but I don’t really want to make that. Seems like it would be kind of a slog.

I decided not to enter the pattern into the Ravelry database if all I have is a frogged project for it. If someone else enters the pattern in the future, I’ll go ahead and link my project then.
