1. having a terrible time with laddering by the P2togtbl, on each side of it, so have switched to combo stitches on those.
2. forgot, completely, to even measure length at end of chart A so, cést la vie, carrying on and will enjoy the hat as is when blocked and dry.

2019-07-23: completed and it’s too large for my head. :( this after dealing with all those p2tbl. i was going to add a pompom, but the weight will pull it too easily. it does fit my adult son and he rocks any beanie and proudly wears what he wants, so we’ll share it. he was sweet when i wanted to knit him something and told me to knit for me. he still gets a hat :D

i blocked over a decorative wicker ball and an antique milk glass pedestal serving piece. perfect for blocking my hat!

i love the pattern and all dreareneeknit patterns are so well written. however, if i never knit another p2tbl, i’ll be a happy gal.
