I’ve been wanting to knit this since I purchased the pattern. I’ve been inspired by the Knitmore Girls’ knitalong!

6/12/10 - 10 1/2 repeats through chart B; seem to be picking up speed on the rows now that I can read my knitting and the charts better. I love working with charts but chart A and the first time through chart B was rough. I love this shawl and I’m really pleased with the color I picked out.

6/13/10 - 13 repeats through chart B! Supposed to be caulking our new garage but would prefer to finish it today…I think i’m going to have enough to do an extra repeat or two of chart B when all is said and done. Figure I’ll get through the 14th repeat and weigh what’s left, do a 15th, weigh what’s left and decide from there. I’m thinking 16 or 18 repeats will only make it better!

Later that night…15 repeats done - enough yarn left to do 16 or 17 but probably not 18…onward, march!

Went with 16 or 17 repeats - so long ago I can’t remember! Argh…

7/4/10 Been done for a couple of weeks…lazy about blocking but finally sucked it up yesterday. I love how it blocked out! The pictures don’t do it justice!
