Pattern
Idk why row 1 is knit--neck won’t go over the head. I added 8 sts to the CO count and compensated when the incs began, but also could have just started rib on row 1 and it would have been stretchier that way.

Mods
Messed up the last pearl row colors (colors 1 and 2 is confusing since they’re opposite of MC and CC) and had a pink stitch so i hid it under the green to the right with a ssk, then made a right lifted increase in green on the stitch to the left. Looks perfect!

Size
Meant to make a size 4 but followed the instructions for a 2. Fortunately my 3yo is small. Came out roomy anyway, even though my gauge was on the small side. I added some length to match. It’s just right for growing into.

Finishing
Didn’t block it--I’ll do it the first time I have to wash it. But don’t stretch it too much!

Yarn
These colors are super watermelon-y and I wish they were more army green and pastel pink. It’s also pretty scratchy, especially for hand wash. Dunno what I was thinking. Oh well. The colors aren’t so bad after all because there’s enough green to balance it out.
