• break white
• pearl 1 row in black, weaving in white tail
• pick up pattern with decrease row

3 needle bind off

pleased with how it turned out, but not sure if I did the join correctly …. I joined it as a circle and not an “8”. will give it to Judy tomorrow, and if she’d prefer the “8” then I’ll take it back and re-do the bind-off
