I was very concerned that casting on only 60 stitches to start that this would not end up fitting my head since any other hat I’ve made lately needed at least 80 - 90 stitches cast on on this same size needle to fit just right. Also I can’t even work 60 stitches on a 16” circulart needle because it is to tight to reach all the way around. I ended up altering and casting on 74 stiches instead, but should have casted on 72 so my ribbing would have looked better. I worked it to be the more slowchy version and did 4 repeats, wished I’d only done 3 because it was far to slowchy for my tastes.
