12/25/13:
CO 72 sts for the large size. I want to be able to possibly wear another pair of socks under them when the weather is really cold and I’m outside :) So far I LOVE this pattern! It’s really straightforward but with enough variation to keep it interesting. My husband bought the yarn for me for Christmas and I love it. These are likely going to be my favorite socks!

12/30/14:
All done! There are a few mistakes between the two, but nothing major. Next time I will be doing socks 2 at a time to keep the stripes lined up. I also think I’ll use size 1 1/2 or 2 needles to make them a tiny bit bigger. They’re snug, not uncomfortably so though. They’re also a bit more dense then I’d wear for everyday. Definitely winter socks!
