I am starting this project but I’m not sure I have enough of the pink yarn. I might have to finish off with some white.
I am using a thicker yarn, so I will have to adapt instructions size-wise.
Trying to make sense of the pattern construction. Cardigan is worked from the underbust line upwards and then downwards for the lacy part. I will work it top down.
Worked 82 ch for foundation (80 dc) and that gave me 48 cm. Shoulder section has to measure 62 cm (for my size), so starting with 106 ch (104 dc). Work as pattern for 16 cm (13 rows), ending with a dc row. Fasten off. Skip 20 dc and reattach yarn, work as pattern until 20 dc from end of row. Turn and continue as pattern for 20 cm or until it reaches underbust (14 rows). Worked 27 rows overall for back piece. Underbust has 64 dc.
Front Right:
On other side of foundation row of back piece, attach yarn at right end and work 40dc. Repeat pattern with neck shaping, increase with 2dc in same dc every row for 13 rows. Should reach 52 dc (20 for sleeves + 32 for waist). Continue working in pattern without increases over 32 stitches (the other 20 are for the sleeves).
Front Left:
Go back to foundation row and count 40 stitches from the left end. Attach yarn and dc 40. Continue as pattern for 13 rows.

76ch for each tie, worked within reverse sc edging.
