Notes

I had the pleasure of testing the Grandpa Cardi for The Little Golden Nook! This pattern is really easy to follow, an advanced beginner would be able to complete this cardi!

A classic cardigan staple for your winter collection! The sleeves have a rolled cuff and you have the option to add pockets and buttons as well! A perfect cardigan to snuggle up in!

I used 8ply/DK weight yarn rather than the recommended 10ply/Aran weight and was still able to achieve gauge!
I made the S/M size and I have a 34-35” bust, so this cardi sits with about 4” of positive ease.

I also decided the change the collar ribbing to match the ribbing done on sleeves and bottom of cardigan.

I used x6 20mm buttons from Lincraft
