Needs to fit 24” circumference head.

Casting on 168 sts. It should produce a 22.4” circumference hat

Black for 1”, 3 rows in grey. Finish ribbing in black.

7/9/15 Trying to make the hat hit 6.5 inches before I start the decreases. I just don’t want the hat to turn into a slouchy hat. Also found a really cute cotton fabric to line it with. I have never lined a hat before so we will see how it goes.
