7/5/15: I was out celebrating the 4th yesterday and drinking an ale while watching the fireworks on a boat and knitting (winning combination right!) I dropped the dang bottle and it spilled on my project. Grrrr….I had to give it a rinse and let it dry out before continuing today, wouldn’t want to go to my knitting groups reeking of beer. I am glad I didn’t choose a glass of red wine, that would have been awful.

7/23/15: Yippie!!!! I finally bound off. I really like this scarf it is simple with enough changes in stitches to get it an elegant look. I have gotten lots of complements on it while knitting. I have blocked and it is in the process of drying.

Seriously….I love this scarf. I am planning to make another one in a wider width so it is more of a wrap.
