Note that I worked the 29R from the marker in the stitch that’s one below the final “v” of CC1 - before reintroducing the MC (it’s actually 2 below once you start knitting because of how the final row of the second CC1 stripe only becomes visible when you start knitting with the new/MC. Also, I don’t count the row into which I’ve put the stitch marker. If I just count the MC “v”s (after finishing the third stripe), then it looks like 27R.

FLK heel - 11 / 8 / 11 - CC1

Foot: Knit foot to 5.5” from back of heel. This should take about 63-68R depending on your gauge… In this instance, it took 67R…

Then work 5R of either CC1 or CC2 to get to 5.75” from back of heel - an extra 0.25”

Toe CC1 or CC2 to work the heel.
