Notes

Sep. 1- First attempt-gloves turned out different sizes. I was watching T.V. while making, so next time I will be careful to count rows and use stitch markers.
Sep. 7- Started a new pair and was careful to keep track of rows and use stitch markers.
I would rate this pattern as intermediate. Previous experience working in the round with joined and unjoined rounds is helpful. A little guesswork is required in where to skip stitches, so it’s important to keep track of what you do when making the first glove so the second one will be the same. I found the best way was to work a few rounds on glove one and then start glove two and work up to that point switching back and forth between gloves every few rounds so that I made them identical. You could use two different skeins of yarn, but I just used both ends of the same skein.
I like how the opening for the thumb is made for these gloves and the bow addition is cute.
I also made matching boot cuffs: http://www.ravelry.com/projects/LBK63/boot-cuffs-wth-a-bow
