Yes I knit it like this: CB4 - 2 st on the cable needle to the back, knit the next two stitches as “K1-YO-K1” knit the 2 stitches from the cable needle.
CF4 - 2 st on the cable needle to the front, k2, knit the 2 stitches from the cable needle “K1-YO-K1” And in the next round I just knit the stitches and drop the YO

Looks better!
Ribbed, sock became to thick. Will take another green yarn. And Ndl 2.5
